Terms of Service
These terms apply to projects and services provided by Megatrail Technologies.

Introduction
By engaging Megatrail Technologies for any service, you agree to these terms alongside any written quote or agreement for your project.
Services
We provide digital services including design, development, marketing, analytics, security, automation, content and business support services.
Project Scope
Each project's deliverables are defined in its quote. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information provided and are valid for the period stated. Third-party and government fees are listed separately.
Payment
We usually require 50% upfront to begin work and the balance on delivery, paid by bank transfer. An invoice is issued for every project.
Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Additional changes may be charged separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, feedback and access needed to complete the work on time.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates provided in the quote and depend on timely feedback and third-party processing where applicable.
Third-Party Services
Some services rely on third parties such as hosting providers, social platforms or CAC. We are not responsible for their fees, policies or delays.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable, and upfront payments may be non-refundable for work already done.
